AnyMeeting Add-In for Microsoft Outlook is a free program that will allow you to schedule, start meetings and invite attendees directly from Outlook itself. Once you have completed the installation of the Add-in, open Outlook and see the AnyMeeting buttons on the Home tab ribbon to easily start or schedule a meeting directly from Outlook.
